Let this land.

Sometimes it’s not the future that scares you.

It’s the memory of who you used to be.

The version of you that tolerated less than you deserved.

The version that didn’t know better.

The version that stayed too long.

Loved too hard.

Accepted too little.

And sometimes… you judge her.

Today’s shift is this:

Your past is not something to fight.

It’s something to thank.

You survived with the awareness you had.

You chose with the strength you had.

You did what you knew.

Growth is not erasing your story.

It’s outgrowing it.

Place your hand on your heart and repeat:

I forgive who I was.

I honor what I lived.

I am not my past 

I am my evolution.

You are allowed to move forward

without dragging old versions of yourself.
